This Writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate actions against the respondents 3 to 6 and their agents for interfering in the petitioner's Rubber Seedlings Nursery towards loading of Rubber Seedlings situated adjacent to the houses of the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the dispute among the petitioner and the private respondents has been settled and therefore, further action need not be taken against them.
