ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120B IPC r/w Section 5 of TNPID Act, in Cr.No.2 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that only summon was issued to the petitioner to examine him as a witness.
