ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who surrendered and remanded to judicial custody on 21.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 120(b), 302 IPC and Section 3 of Explosive Substance Act and Section 4 of TNPPDL Act on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to enmity between A1 and the decease, the petitioner / A6 along with other accused murdered the deceased.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than 60 days.

4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submit that investigation stands almost completed and awaiting for chemical analysis report.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathoor, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders. sd/- 14/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
