ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Nagalakshmi, aged 26 years, who is said to be the wife of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Parthibanur Police Station has produced the detenu and she has been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves to be dismissed.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
