PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to allow the Civil Revision Petition and to direct the Learned District Munsif Court, Lalgudi, Trichy District to expedite the trial for speedy disposal of O.S.No.292 of 2015 by giving shorter hearings to dispose the matter within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court may deemed fit and proper in this circumstance of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Lalgudi, Trichy District to expedite the trial for speedy disposal of O.S.No.292 of 2015.

2. Taking into consideration of the plea made by the petitioner, this Court called for a report from the learned Judge as to the time required to dispose of the suit. The report has been submitted by the learned Additional District Munsif, Lalgudi, Trichy District. She has stated that, five interlocutory applications are pending and after the disposal of those applications, the suit will be taken up for trial. The Learned Additional District Munsif, Lalgudi is confident that the applications and the suit will be disposed of within a period of six months. 2/4

Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the learned Additional District Munsif, Lalgudi is directed to dispose of the pending interlocutory applications within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the suit in O.S.No.292 of 2015 shall be disposed of within a period of six months thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
