[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the Government Order issued in G.O.(Ms).No.893, Home [Prison-IV] Department, dated 01.08.2018, stating that the detenu herein has already been released prematurely.

2. Recording the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
