Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to secure the detenue and produce the person or body of the detenue, the petitioner's wife Kalaiselvi (detenue) aged about 21 years D/o.Antonyraj before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty. Petition claims that he is the husband of the detenue. For Petitioner : Mr.M.S.Saravanakumar For Respondents : Mr.K.S.Duraipandian, Additional Public Prosecutor.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to secure and produce the body of the detenue namely, Kalaiselvi, D/o.Antony Raj, aged 21 years before this Court and set her at liberty. Petitioner claims that he is the husband of the detenue. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor with the Investigating Officer has produced the detenue before this Court. We enquired her. She has stated that she is 21 years old and she has not been detained by any one. She has firmly informed us that she is willing to go along with her father.

3.Recording the statement made by the detenue, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
