This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 herein from in any manner interfering with the civil dispute and civil right of the petitioners in the Management of Trust and Pallivasal ''Hazrath Syed Musthafa Tharuth Masthan Avuliya Darga & Pallivasal Trunk Road, Thiruvanaikovil, Srirangam, Trichy.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, an enquiry was conducted and both the parties were advised to follow the Court decision and a copy of the same is produced before this Court.

3.Upon perusing the same, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
