Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner moved this Court for restraining the respondents from laying any electric pole on the petition mentioned land.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel informed to the Court that the petitioner's consent has been obtained and a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- has already been paid https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.6633 of 2020 as an advance. It was further undertaken that the balance amount of Rs.2,10,000/- would be paid before the completion of the works in question.

4.Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
