************* [Order of the Court was made by SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY .,J.] This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 15.09.2018 in respect of removal of encroachment in Natham S.F.No.211/21, admeasuring an extent of 0.00.68 sq.mts at Senappanallur Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.It is submitted that the Petitioner has submitted a representation, dated 15.09.2018 to the respondents for removal of encroachment in Natham S.F.No.211/21, measuring an extent of 0.00.68 sq.mts at Senappanallur Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District and the said representation has not been acted upon till date. Hence the present Writ Petition.

4.Therefore, at this juncture, without expressing any view on the merits of the dispute, We direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 15.09.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
