Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in an identical issue, a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.1521 of 2016, by an order dated 14.06.2023, directed the respondents 1 & 2 herein to conduct a fresh enquiry and the said enquiry is still pending for consideration.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the issue raised in the present writ petition would also govern by the said order dated 14.06.2023 passed in W.P.(MD) No.1521 of 2016.

3. In the light of the above, no further adjudication needs to be made in the present writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 14.06.2023, passed in W.P.(MD) No.1521 of 2016. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 05.03.2025 NCC :
