This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to initiate necessary action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 12.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the property in S.No.21/3B and 21/4 situated at Vellalakulam Village, Kallikudi Taluk, Madurai District. During February, 2024, the petitioner's son submitted an application for surveying the land. On enquiry, the petitioner came to know that one Panchavarnam and Ramalakshmi had fraudulently created a death certificate, as if the petitioner died and a legal-heir certificate, as if they are the legal heirs of the petitioner and thereby, they had executed a sale deed in favour of one Babu in respect of the property in S.No. 21/3B measuring an extent of 1 acre 31 cents. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation on 12.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have received the complaint of the petitioner and the same is under enquiry and they will complete the enquiry within a period of one week.

4.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider her complaint and the same is under consideration before the 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose the same. 5.In view of the above, recording the submission made by the respondent police, the 2nd respondent is directed to enquire the complaint of the petitioner and conclude the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law. 6.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
