[Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] Alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.1425 of 2019 dated 10.10.2023 , this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader for the respondents that pursuant to the order passed in the writ petition, inspection was conducted and final orders were passed on 19.01.2024, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as wilful in nature. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order in accordance with law, if he chooses to do so. [M.S.R., J.] & [A.D.M.C., J.] 24.01.2025 NCC :
