O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the pretext of interrogation in a false case lodged against the petitioner with an ulterior intention.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is added as Accused No.1 in Cr.No.40 of 12 and Accused No.4 in Cr.No.38 of 2012 and the respondent has not harassed the petitioner and he has also given an undertaking that the respondent will not harass the petitioner in future also.
