ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the victim girl has been secured on 03.05.2020 by the efforts of the Police. 2.We commend the efforts taken by the Police in tracing the girl in the present strained circumstances.

3.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus petition stands closed.
