ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the official respondents to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of her representation dated 25.08.2016.

consent, the Criminal Original Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. In view of the limited relief sought for, notice to the respondents 4 to 6 is dispensed with.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner already succeeded in the Civil Court and the respondents 4 to 6 also filed appeal suit against that judgment, they illegally trespassed into her property and attacked her son, for which a case has also been registered in Crime No.187 of 2016 under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC; even after registration of the case, they again created problems; hence, apprehending danger, she had sent a representation dated 25.08.2016 to the respondents seeking necessary Police protection; and as there was no response to the same, she has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that the third respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.08.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits. 5.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.08.2016 and after hearing the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law forthwith.
