ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as a regular time scale Forest Watcher by taking into account the petitioner's seniority and qualification on par with the petitioner's juniors in the light of the orders passed in WP No.31416 of 2013, dated 21.11.2013, WP No.41094 of 2015, dated 05.01.2016 and WP No.2858 of 2016 and the
proceedings of the respondents 1 to 3 dated 13.02.2017, 21.04.2017 and 15.05.2017 and confer all the consequential benefits by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2019. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respective respondents. 3.The case of the petitioner is that his representation dated 15.03.2019, submitted by relying on the orders passed in WP No.31416 of 2013, dated 21.11.2013, WP No.41094 of 2015, dated 05.01.2016 and WP No.2858 of 2016seeking time scale of pay in the post of Forest Watcher has not been considered by the respondents so far. Aggrieved over the inaction on the part of the respondents, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition. 4.The learned Counsel appearing for the respective respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and appropriate orders would be passed by the respondents.
5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of the orders cited supra, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
