*********** [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The Petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that her daughter Roobini, aged about 24 years, is found missing. The records revealed that in respect of the same, a case has been registered only on 04.09.2015 and she has been found missing only from 04.09.2015.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police is taking steps to locate the detenue and they need breathing time to make further investigation.
3. Within five days from the date of registration of the case, the petitioner has come up with this petition. We feel that the petition is highly premature.
