*********** [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The Petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that her daughter Rajalakshmi, aged about 22 years is found missing. The records reveal that in respect of the same, a case has been registered only on 29.08.2015 and She has been found missing from 18.08.2015.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police is taking steps to locate the detenue and they need breathing time to make further investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Within ten days from the date of registration of the case, the petitioner has come up with this petition. We feel that the petition is highly premature. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
