ORDER

The relief sought for by the writ petitioner cannot be granted in writ proceedings. If the jurisdiction of the statutory authority is invoked, it is for the authority to take a decision based on the available materials. This Court cannot in anticipation restrain the statutory authority from discharging his statutory function.
