PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the Respondents No.2 herein to comply with the order dated 08.11.2022 in C.M.P.No.2829 of 2022 passed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Aravakurichi, Karur, and consequently register the complaint dated 22.06.2023.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents No.2 herein to comply with the order dated 08.11.2022 in C.M.P.No.2829 of 2022 passed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Aravakurichi, Karur, and consequently register the complaint dated 22.06.2023.
2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though there is a specific direction by the competent jurisdictional Court, no proper action was taken by the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry was undertaken on the basis of the above said direction given by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Aravakurichi, Karur District. During the course of the enquiry, it was found that it is the civil issue between the parties. So the parties were referred to approach the Civil Dispute Redressal Committee, by the letter dated 07.07.2021, that was also received by the competent Committee on 24.02.2023.

4. Now the grievances of the petitioner is that even though there was a heavy damage to the compound wall and the same was destroyed by the counter parties, which was also captured in the videograph, the reference by the second respondent to the said committee is not at all proper.
5. The second respondent is directed to file the above said report before the concerned Court, which passed the order, within a week from the date of receipt copy of this order. So that, the petitioner can workout his remedy in that Court.
6. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
