O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner claims to be the husband of one Maruthalakshmi @ Monisha, aged about 20 years. According to the petitioner, Maruthalakshmi @ Monisha has been illegally detained by the third respondent. The third respondent is none other than the father of Maruthalakshmi @ Monisha.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, Maruthalakshmi @ Monisha was produced by the second respondent. On enquiry, she would state that she has married the petitioner and she wants to go with him. The mother of Maruthalakshmi @ Monisha was present. She submitted that the relationship between Maruthalakshmi @ Monisha and Mr.Anburaj, the petitioner herein, is brother and sister and therefore, there cannot be any valid marriage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. At any rate, since Maruthalakshmi @ Monisha is aged about 20 years, it is up to her to decide about her future. Since there is no illegal detention, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (AE) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To
