O R D E R

The petitioner is before this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation/complaint dated 28.11.2025.

2. By the said complaint filed under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, the petitioner has sought cancellation of the settlement deed executed in favour of the third respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent has not taken any steps to consider and dispose of the said complaint till date.

3. Mr. S.S. Madhvan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. The said submission is placed on record. In view of the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's complaint/representation dated 28.11.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period 2/4
