ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent Police frequently called the petitioner and his family members to the Police station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner was enquired only on the basis of a petition given against him; after enquiry, that petition was closed; now the presence of the petitioner is not required; and the 2nd respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner and his family members.
