PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 & 2, not to harass the petitioners and not to interfere in the custody of the minor child in the name of enquiry, without following due process of law. For Petitioner : Mr.M.S.Mohamed Ayub For R1 & R2 : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2, not to harass the petitioners and not to interfere in the custody of the minor child, under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side) for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the complaint given by her was closed and the petition has become infructuous.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.14474 of 2021 and the same was closed on 22.04.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
