Vellaisamy), aged about 29 years and petitioner's son Sabarinathan, S/o.Vellaisamy, aged 6 months old child from the illegal custody of the respondents 4 to 7 and his men before this Court and set them at liberty.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The Petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that his wife Chitra, aged about 29 years and his son Sabarinathan, aged about 6 months old child, are illegally detained by the respondents 4 to 7. The records reveal that the complaint has been made only on 04.09.2015.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police is taking steps to locate both of the detenue and her son and they need breathing time to make further investigation.
3. Within five days from the date of registration of the case, the petitioner has come up with this petition. We feel that the petition is highly premature. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
