Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VAIGUNTH A.S., Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition in Para No.6(b) ie., appearance before the respondent police may be modified before the Deevattipatti Police Station, Salem District daily at 06.00 p.m in the evening until further orders instead of Deevattipatti Police Station, Salem District at daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed upon the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18665 of 2022, dated 03.11.2023.
