This petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation on the file of the third respondent police to any other competent officer for fair and free investigation and to file the final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam, on 19.06.2021 and RCS notice was also served upon the petitioner.
