PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 66 of 2019 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioner / accused seeking bail for the alleged offence punishable under Section 380 of IPC.

2. It is the case where the petitioner was arrested for the offence under Section 380 IPC and released on bail. After filing final report by the respondent police on 18.02.2019, the petitioner has failed to appear before the trial Court. Hence, the trial Court has issued Non-Bailable Warrant against him and the same was executed on 23.04.2020.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will hereafter attend the Court regularly and cooperate with the trial. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner is having another case of similar nature and he is being the resident of Chennai, if he is release on bail, he will not be available for completion of trial. 5.I find force in the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. Hence, this application for bail stands dismissed.
