This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.50 of 2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed within a period of three months.

3. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.50 of 2011 and to file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
