ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the official respondents. In view of the limited relief sought for, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed him under the guise of enquiry in respect of civil dispute.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner; the presence of the petitioner is not required for any enquiry; and the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.
