For Respondents 1 & 2 : Mr.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 10/2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- It is seen from the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that by the order dated 18.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15218 of 2020, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. One of the conditions in the earlier order is that the petitioner shall produce two blood related sureties. However, due to the pandemic situation, he could not produce the blood related sureties within a time stipulated in the bail order.

CRL OP(MD). No.4972 of 2021 3.Therefore, this petition is dismissed as not maintainable. At the same time, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a modification petition for proper relief.
