Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.A.JINNAH, advocate for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3114 of 2017 and CRL OP(MD).NO.17035/2016 and CRL MP(MD).No.12000/2016 in CRL OP(MD).NO.17035/2016 M/S.S.S.THESIGAN, Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP(MD).No.11999/2016 in CRL OP(MD).NO.17035/2016 and of Mr.A.Ramar, Additional Public Prosecutor for R1 in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- The petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3114 of 2017, who is arrayed as A-1, in Crime No.15 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b), 506 (i) of I.P.C and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Crl.M.P(MD)No.12000 of 2016 is filed by the petitioners/A-2 to A-5 seeking extension of time granted by this Court on 26.10.2016 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17035 of 2016.
3.Crl.M.P(MD)No.11999 of 2016 is filed by the defacto complainant to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 2 to 6/A-2 to A5.
4.Today a compromise memo has been filed duly signed by the defacto complainant and the petitioners/accused stating that the dispute is amicably settled between the parties and the defacto complainant also agreed to withdraw the case in Crime No.15 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.
5. In view of the same, recording the compromise memo dated 23.06.2017, these petitions are closed. The compromise memo shall form part of this order.
