PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 583 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner herein was arrested on 10.04.2020 in Crime No. 583 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police for offence under Sections 457,380 of IPC.
2.According to the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor cellphone shop of the complainant was broke open and cash of Rs.1,50,000/- was stolen. Due to lock down burglary came to light only on 10.04.2020 and on viewing the CCTV footage the petitioner has been arrested and Rs.1,45,000/- has been recovered from the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD) No.5282 of 2020 previous enmity a false complaint has been given. The defacto complainant and the petitioner are known to each other and the petitioner has invested money in the business and was having spare key of the shop with him.
4. Opposing the bail petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submit, taking advantage of lockdown the petitioner has committed the offence of trespass and theft. If he is released on bail there is possibility of tampering the investigation.
5. Taking note of the serious objections , this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.
6. Hence, the petition stands dismissed.
