charge sheet as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15092 of 2022 on 24.08.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of the investigation, the charge sheet is filed and since a lot of documents were required to be called for from the Bank and the other Agency, the delay occurred in filing the charge sheet.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed, no further action can be taken in this petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is dismissed.
