This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuance of a direction to the respondents to grant police protection to measure the property of the petitioner in survey Nos.450/1 of an extent of 0.1.8.50 Hectare 6.0077 cents situated at Jothipatti Village, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 23.08.2016.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in W.P.No.13116 of 2016, this Court issued a direction to the Tahsildar and Taluk Surveyor to measure the property in dispute. Since the respondents 1 and 2 were not ready to give police protection, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Criminal Original Petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that if there is any representation either from the petitioner or from the Revenue Officials, the second respondent would extent their co-operation to measure the property as per order of this Court in the earlier Writ Petition.

5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
