ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.81 of 2021 dated 23.02.2021 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused indulged in immoral activities in their premises. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is only a customer in the said place.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondents.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation was completed and the final report was filed before the learned learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagarcoil, and the same was not taken on file so far.

6. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Further, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagarcoil, is directed to look into the matter and process the same as expeditiously as possible.

7. With this direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
