ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the first petitioner and the third respondent herein, enquiry is undertaken in CSR Nos.102 and 103 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, it was found that there is a civil dispute between the petitioners and the private respondents and the complainants themselves gave a statement that no further action is required on their complaints, since they are going to approach the concerned Civil Court for his remedy, accordingly, the enquiry was closed. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the enquiry was closed and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
