Revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the order and decreetal order passed in IA No.391 of 2017 in OS.No.222 of 2015, dated 16.2.2018 on the file of 1st Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District. ORDER:
This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the I Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District, vide the order D.No.649/2018-A, dated 10.08.2018 appeared of Mr.S.TITUS, Advocate for the petitioner, this Court made the following order:
This Court, by order, dated 28.04.2018 in this civil revision petition has directed the learned I-Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District to dispose of O.S.No.222 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
2. The learned I-Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District sought further period of three months to dispose of the same, vide his letter dated 10.08.2018.
3. Hence, the time for disposing the above O.S.No.222 of 2015 is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
