ORDER
These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 229 days in filing the above Writ Appeals.
2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners, who would submit that the 1st respondent has filed Contempt Petition and the order impugned in this appeal has been complied. However, as the contempt petition is pending, the petitioners have case in the Writ Appeal and therefore, he wanted to argue the case on merits.
3.In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 229 days, however, on payment of costs.
4.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) each to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this 2/3
order, failing which these petitions will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
