PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in civil dispute and consequently not to harass the petitioner and summoning him for enquiry and coercing him to execute documents under threat of arrest.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint of the third respondent has been enquired and the same was closed.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
