ORDER

The petitioner, with an allegation that the third respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.26 of 2023 and hence, the third respondent enquired him. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner already got an order of anticipatory bail for the said case. 4.Since the petitioner already got an order of anticipatory bail, the official respondents need not harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry. At the same time, the petitioner is also expected to co-operate for the investigation. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
