Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents, to issue appointment order to the petitioner, based on the provisional selection list issued by the third respondent to be appointed in the post of Grade II police constable, Grade II Jail Warder or Fireman on par with the petitioner's batchmates for the recruitment done in the year 2019, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents, to issue appointment order to the petitioner, for the recruitment done in the year 2019, based on the provisional selection list issued by the third respondent 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to the proceedings of the respondent in A5/19292/2019, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD) No.6135 of 2020 dated 07.05.2020 that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and rejected.
3.Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is closed as no further order is required to be passed. It is always open to the petitioner to challenge the order, dated 07.05.2020, in the manner known to law, No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
