O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by V.S.RAVI,J] The petitioner is the father of the detenue. Today the detenue appeared before this Court in person along with R4-Mr.Prabhu. The petitioner also present in the open Court. The petitioner, Mr.Mathivanan identified the detenue in open Court. The detenu has asserted that she has married R4-Mr.Prabhu, in Kaliamman Temple at Kumbakonam and later on registered the marriage on 06.07.2015 as per the details enclosed at page No.7 of the typeset. Further the detenue has categorically asserted in open Court that no one has illegally detained her or harassed her and she wants to go with R4-Mr.Prabhu. The petitioner also heard the statement made by the detenue in open Court.

2. In such circumstances, there is no scope to pass any order as prayed for in this Habeas Corpus Petition, as the detenue is aged 22 years and she has completed B.E. Degree and previously working in Southern Agro Engine Private Limited, at Chennai.
