: Respondents Prayer:Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 3rd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaints dated 16.12.2017 and 20.04.2018 within the period stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the third respondent to register a case based on the complaints given by the petitioner dated 16.12.2017 and 20.04.2018 within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that the dispute between the parties is purely family dispute. Therefore the compliant has to be referred to the Social Welfare Officer and after obtaining report, the respondent police will take further action in the above said complaint. Hence, he seeks two weeks time to forward the petitioner's complaint to the Social https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Welfare Officer from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach this Court at a later stage, if necessary.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
