Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions would submit that already the investigation has been completed in this case and charge sheet filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai and the same was taken on file as PRC.No.82 of 2016.

4.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
