PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct Respondent No.1 and 2 to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 18/03/2022 for providing adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Respondent No.1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18/03/2022 for providing adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 18.03..2022 to the second respondent is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
