This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.17 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that already the investigation has been completed in this case and charge sheet filed before the concerned Court on 30.07.2016 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
