It is a petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to instruct the 3rd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.08.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered on 31.08.2016 in Crime No.123 of 2016 for offences under sections 294(b), 506(i) IPC r/w Section 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (P&C) Act.
