[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the police secured the victim girl/detenu in Cr.No.132 of 2020 on the file of Madukkur Police Station, Thanjavur District and produced her before the Special Court for POCSO Act cases, Thanjavur, on 04.06.2020. He also submitted that the third respondent has been arrested by the police and has been remanded to custody.
